How does the free trial work?
You get one full week of service at no cost and no commitment. We produce real deliverables for your actual business — not demo content. If you love the work, we move forward with a paid plan. If not, no hard feelings.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No. All our plans are month-to-month after the free trial. We earn your business every month. Most clients stay long-term because the results speak for themselves — not because they're locked in.
What industries do you work with?
We specialize in three: Real Estate, Urology, and OB-GYN. This focus is intentional — it means we understand your industry deeply and don't need onboarding time to learn your world. We occasionally take on other industries if the fit is right.
How fast do you turn around content?
For social media content, we typically deliver the first batch within 48–72 hours of onboarding. For video editing, 3–5 business days per clip. Websites depend on scope — a simple landing page can be live in a week.
Will I work with the same team members every month?
Yes. We're not a marketplace of rotating freelancers. You're assigned to specific team members — Huey for creative direction, Darwin for operations, Justin for design, and Mark for admin — and they stay on your account.
What's your pricing?
Our plans start at $799/month for the Starter package. The Growth plan is $1,499/month, and the Full Partner plan is $2,499/month. We also offer à la carte services for clients who just need one specific thing. All plans include a free trial week.
